Information you send us

When you enquire about a property, share your buying preferences or contact us, we collect the details you enter. These can include your name, email address, phone number, message and property requirements.

How we use your information

We store submissions so we can handle your request. A property enquiry may also be forwarded to the agent marketing that property when a contact address is available. The form confirmation tells you whether it was forwarded. If you separately agree to be contacted about related properties, we record that choice with your enquiry.

Saved homes and searches

Your saved homes and searches are stored in your browser on your device. They do not create an account or an email alert. You can remove individual items from Saved or clear them by deleting this site’s browser data.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Vercel, enquiry records are stored in Neon, and email forwarding uses Resend when configured. These services process information needed to operate the site and handle requests.

Cookies and measurement

Optional advertising tags and advertising attribution are enabled after you accept the cookie choice. When enabled, Meta and Google can receive conversion information associated with a submission. Declining does not prevent you from browsing, saving a home or sending an enquiry.

We remember your cookie choice in this browser. The site also uses Umami for website traffic measurement. Saved homes and searches use browser storage only when you use those features.

Your information and choices

To ask about the information held about you, request a correction or request deletion, contact Fairawayhomes. Include the email address you used for the request so we can identify the relevant record.
