The XML feed your CRM sends to the property portals (Kyero format), a CSV at a web address, or a spreadsheet uploaded here. We read feeds every day: new homes go live after our check, and a home that leaves your feed comes down within a few days. An uploaded spreadsheet stands until you upload the next one.

Each home’s position is measured to the boundary of the nearest golf course. We list homes within 250 m of a course, 500 m when your description mentions golf, and 2.5 km in golf destinations such as the Algarve and the Costa del Sol.

Every listing links to the home on your own website, and every rental to your booking page. Buyers and guests can also enquire through Fairawayhomes; we confirm with you where those enquiries should go.

We check your first import by hand before any home goes live. You get a private page showing which homes qualified and why any did not.
